Annual Branch Chirstmas Dinner

What: This is our fifth annual Christmas Dinner and we enjoy having people over at our church building. Food will be provided and all you need to bring is yourself, your family and friends and your Christmas spirit!
When: Saturday, December 4th, Saturday at 5:00pm
Where: 4125 San Juan Avenue, Fair Oaks, CA 95628 in cultural hall
Why: To celebrate birth of Christ, to social, to enjoy food and to have a nice holiday season.

All Deaf, their families, and friends are invited!

Season of Hope Choir and Practice

If you'd like to participate in choir in American Sign Language, please contact Ryna Taylor. If you have any questions or concern, you can contact her the same.
 
Stake Season of Hope choir begins on September 2, 2010, 7:00-9:00pm at the Deseret Building in the chapel.
All interested singers and their friends 12 and up please join us to sing some fun and uplifting music!
Practices will continue on Thursdays from 7:00-9:00pm until our performance on November 6th and 7th, Friday and Saturday.

Improving Gospel Teaching Workshop

If you are interested, the Stake is providing a free workshop for ALL teachers of any kind.

Where: 4252 Garfield Ave., Carmichael, CA 95608 inside Relief Society room.
When: August, 29th, 2010, Sunday at 7:00pm until 8:30pm
What: This workshop is for ALL teachers of all auxiliaries and organizations and for anyone interested in being a better teacher. You will need to contact Mathew Call if you need an ASL interpreter. Time Out For Women 2010

It's that time of the year again. The perfect link that shows everything about the show follows: http://deseretbook.com/timeout/event/100.  But here's the basic information below, including ASL interpreting services.
Where:  Sacramento Convention Center - Ballroom, 1400 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814
When:  September 10, 2010, Friday from 6:30pm until 9:00pm. September 11, 2010, Saturday from 9:00am until 3:45pm
Who:  All of the fantastic women are invited!
What:  ASL interpreting will be provided as long as you contact one of our ASL interpreting coordinator in the Deaf Branch. Call Mathew Call at 916-915-3029 voice or you can text message him. Register thru Wednesday, Sept. 8th for great savings. Registration at the door (IF AVAILABLE) will be $20/Friday and $65/Saturday. No full-weekend discount will be available. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday will cost $65.00 and if just Saturday $55.00. Parking is free on Saturday. As for Friday, parking will needs to be paid until 6pm. After 6pm, parking is free. Deaf Men's Golfing Activity!

What:  The gentlemen has a fun opportunity to interact with golf. There will be BBQ outside of San Juan building, please bring a side dish to share. Have a great time gentlemen!!

Relief Society Sisters' Swimming Fun!
